Windsor Police Service is asking for the public's help in a string of overnight car thefts.
Officers say five cars were stolen and six more were almost stolen between the hours of 4 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Thursday.
The statement notes that the suspects targeted Lexus models as well as Toyota Tundra pickup trucks.
According to police, the incidents took place at homes on Beverly Glenn Street, Chateau Avenue, Clover Avenue, Firgrove Drive, Imperial Crescent, Meridian Street, Oakpark Drive, Rockport Street, and Sharon Avenue.
The Target base Unit is leading the ongoing investigation, asking people in these areas to review their surveillance footage and report any suspicious activity around the times of the thefts.
