LCDS looking for new supports director

Lambton County Developmental Services (LCDS), a leader in fostering inclusive communities for people with developmental disabilities, has announced a new leadership opportunity for a Supports Director.

Jill Johnston, the current LCDS Residential Supports Director, will be retiring in March 2026, after half a decade in the role.

LCDS stated its gratitude for Jill’s unwavering commitment and the lasting legacy she leaves within the organization and the community.

LCDS is searching for a strategic, values-driven leader to join its team.

“Supporting people is not just what we do - it’s who we are,” said LCDS Executive Director Nick Salaris, in a news release. “This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while leading dedicated teams committed to innovation, inclusion, and belonging.”

LCDS has 23 residential homes and has fostered inclusive communities for people with developmental disabilities for over seven decades in Lambton County.
