Sting lose 3-2 in overtime against London

The Sarnia Sting had a tough loss in overtime against the London Knights on Friday.

The final score ended up being 3-2.

The Knights scored three unanswered goals to complete the comeback with an overtime win. Alessandro Di Iorio scored his tenth goal of the season to open the scoring, Ryan Brown continued his recent success, scoring against his former team for his 13th of the year, Jaxon Cover scored his 11th goal of the season to tie the game for London, and Henry Brzustewicz scored the overtime-winning goal for the Knights.

It was a game filled with lots of time in the box, with 13 penalties between the two teams.

The Sarnia Sting are home to the Peterborough Pete's Saturday night, following the Battle of the Badges at Progressive Auto Sales Arena.
