Sarnia man facing additional charge after second victim comes forward

A Sarnia man is facing an additional charge as a second victim has come forward.

28-year-old Jason Bento was arrested on January 3, for allegedly exposing himself to a woman at a store on London Road and Finch Drive in November.

Following the media release, the Sarnia police stated that another victim had come forward.

The 47-year-old victim alleges that while working at his residence, she turned around and saw the accused standing near her fully exposed. He then made a sexual remark, prompting her to gather her things and leave.

Due to embarrassment, the victim did not file a report at that time.

On January 7, Bento was again placed under arrest and held for bail on an additional charge of Indecent Act under the Criminal Code.
