Windsor police are looking for a man who may have ripped a local man off for over $100,000.
Members of the Financial Crimes Unit received a complaint last month about possible identity theft and fraud.
The victim told investigators that someone opened a fraudulent bank account in the victim's name in June, and ended up incurring a debt of $101,315.
The suspect is described as an East Indian male with tattoos on the right side of his neck and the back of his left hand.
In surveillance images provided by Windsor police, he is frequently seen with the lower portion of his face covered by a scarf or mask.
He is wanted for fraud over $5,000, identity fraud, identity theft, possession of a stolen credit card, improper use of credit card data, and possession of stolen property over $5,000.
Police have urged the suspect to turn himself in.
