Valued at $1.19 million, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom bungalow is located at 3504 Paul Crescent.
President of Iacobelli Construction Frank Iacobelli described it as a French Provincial style home.
"It turned out really good. I was really happy," he said. "Everybody came together. All our trades, our suppliers, everybody pitched in to really make it worth more than what they're actually saying it's worth. It's worth way more, for all the extras that went into it."
This project marks Iacobelli's eighth dream home, working alongside the Bluewater Health Foundation.

"This is a beautiful community, and it's always good to give back," Iacobelli said.
He also mentioned his daughter, Maiya Iacobelli, who worked as the design coordinator; this was her first dream home project.
Open houses will start on Saturday, October 3, and will continue every Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the campaign (subject to schedule changes).
"I hope [people] leave with the satisfaction that buying a ticket for Dream Home [Lottery] was 100 per cent more than worth it, especially if they were to win the home," said Iacobelli. "Not only are they helping the community, they also get to view a great product, and they get to be inspired by what we've done here."

Dream Home Lottery tickets can be purchased at the home or online. Funds raised will support diagnostic imaging and the redevelopment of Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital.
Bluewater Health Foundation Executive Director Kathy Alexander said ticket sales have started strong after the 32nd annual Dream Home Lottery kicked off on September 17.
"The first early bird deadline is October 21 to get your name in for our VIP deadline. [There are] lots of great cash prizes," Alexander said. "We have a beautiful car again this year through BMW Sarnia, of course the Dream Home 50/50 is always a great success as well."
The final deadline to purchase Dream Home tickets is February 10, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. The grand prize draw will take place on February 25, 2027.
The big winner will have a choice of taking the fully furnished dream home or $1 million cash.
