Teens accused of conspiring to commit murder

A 13-year-old from Warwick and a 15-year-old from Sarnia have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.

Lambton OPP said officers were called about a potential threat to multiple people at an undisclosed address in Warwick Township on February 12.

An investigation resulted in two youths being arrested in mid-April. They cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

OPP said the two were held for bail hearings and have since been released with a future court date in Sarnia.

Investigators said it's believed this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety.
