Listowel has back-to-back winners for the District 8 Ambassador of the Fairs competition to represent Huron-Perth for the first time.
Listowel Fair Ambassador 2025-26 Jill Ohm was recently chosen as the 2026-27 District 8 Ambassador of the Fairs. The Listowel Ag Society is celebrating Jill's big win, as she will now represent fairs in Huron and Perth counties over the upcoming year.
Listowel has had ambassadors in the past, but this is the first time the town has had back-to-back winners after Lexi Johnston won the title in 2025. Johnston was named the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) Ambassador of the Fairs last year.
Jill Ohm will now get set for a bust summer and fall, travelling around the many local fairs that are held throughout the region.
