The Ontario Provincial Police is looking for witnesses to a two-vehicle crash in Leamington on July 8.
The OPP reports officers were called to the collision on Erie Street around 6:30 p.m.
They charged a 36-year-old after they determined the individual allegedly caused the collision and brandished a knife.
The person is facing charges of assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and dangerous operation.
Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward by calling 1-888-310-1122.
