One person was killed in a crash late Monday night in Sarnia.
Lambton EMS and members of the Sarnia Police Service responded to a collision on Confederation Line between Modeland Road and Blackwell Sideroad at around 11:15 p.m.
Police said two people were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, and one has since died. The names and ages of those involved have not been released.
While Sarnia police have not said how many vehicles were involved in the crash, or if a hydro pole was struck, Bluewater Power responded to a collision involving a hydro pole at 11:15 p.m. Monday, affecting customers in the Heritage Park area.
Investigators expected Confederation Line between Modeland Road and Blackwell Sideroad to remain closed to traffic for most of the day Tuesday.
Confederation Line reopened to traffic shortly after 3 p.m.
