Perrin, TSL part ways

Tourism Sarnia-Lambton (TSL) will be looking for a new executive director after Mark Perrin recently left the organization.

In an emailed statement to Sarnia News Today, TSL Board Chair Al Duffy said Perrin left the organization on March 24.

"We thank him for his contributions," said Duffy. "The board will be initiating recruitment for its next executive director in the near future."

In the meantime, Adam Veen has been appointed as interim executive director.

"Adam previously served as marketing director and will be a valuable asset to TSL during this time of transition," said Duffy.

Perrin has served as executive director since 2018, after seeing success in sports marketing and organizing Bluewater Borderfest.

Most recently, Perrin was set to visit municipalities within Lambton County to highlight TSL's operations.

There's no word on when the TSL Board hopes to have a permanent replacement in place.
